Getting Started is Easy

Leadership coaching takes place in a confidential meeting, either one-on-one or by phone. What makes coaching easy, convenient, and comfortable is the use of technology. Through a weekly phone call, email, and ‘spot calls,’ we are able to build a strong coaching relationship that will help you move from where you are now to a more focused and preferred future. The great part is, this can be done even if you live in another time zone or outside the U.S.!

Mary is available to coach in person within the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities area. So, if you in the local area and are more comfortable meeting face to face, sessions can be arranged accordingly.
